Anchoring your shed is always recommended, regardless of the type of foundation and your location. All it takes is one wind gust to lose you investment. The type of anchor kit that you will require will depend or your foundation. Use a concrete anchor kit if you are placing the shed on a concrete slab. This is a recommendation for large sheds, but is also suitable for medium sized sheds. Chose the auger anchor kit if you are placing your shed directly on the ground.

Small buildings and those with a single sloped roof may be able to use a ground anchor kit. If the shed model can use this kit, it will show as an option. Only the anchor kits that are suitable for a given model of shed will appear as an option.
