Do I have to pay sales tax?
 
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Georgia, the location of our office.
I have a question on my charges.
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
 
Credits usually take about 5-7 business days from the time our vendor(s) receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
 
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon your order. In order to improve efficiency and assure that your items are shipped to you as quickly as possible, payment must be received before your order is submitted to our corresponding vendors. If we are notified by our vendors about a problem with your order that may delay shipment, we will notify you immediately. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified by one of our representatives and given the option to wait on the backorder, exchange the product, or cancel your order. Refunds for an order canceled under such circumstances will be processed the same day or the next business day.
