The Pennfield Cottage Playhouse gives children a great place to escape to, right in the backyard!  This playhouse includes 2 functional windows, a child sized dutch door and a covered porch and railing that is over 3' deep and runs the length of the cottage.

• 2 working windows with safety glass, grids and screens (14" x 21")
• Child Dutch Door (20" wide x 40" high)
• Flowerboxes and Shutters for the Windows
• Adult Dutch Door on Side (61" high x 34" wide)
• 9 x 8 and 11 x 8 models come with 2 cape cod dormers (non functioning)
• 11 x 10 and 11 x 12 come with 3 cape cod dormers (non functioning)
