Available in a 10x8 model.
The Homestead has a premium vinyl coat and heavy gauge steel for greater durability in severe weather.  All parts in this gable styled shed are numbered, pre-cut and pre-drilled for faster assembly and a mid-wall brace is provided for greater all-around strength.

Florida Building Code Requirements
To meet the South Florida building requirements, this building must be installed on a concrete base.  A required anchor kit is included, which includes Hilti fasteners to meet Miami-Dade County approval codes.  Use of the anchor kit is also required to meet the building codes.
